I got a wee fed up with my beer belly hanging over my jeans, so decided it was time to take activity and how I did this and achieved my current flat belly will be shared with you here.

Step One - Cutting Out The Bad And Adding The Good

You knew it was coming, didn't you? As much as I would love to tell you that I achieved my flat belly while in the pub, it just isn't true. So you'll first need to cut down on your drinking. How much you do so will literally depend on your starting point. If you're wanting the most dramatic discount in belly fat, and in the most quickest time possible, then you should stop drinking altogether. If you're not in a hurry, then you can probably get away with once a week.

As well as the drinking, you should also reduce, and ideally stop completely, all take-aways and bar snacks! Just leave it out. It you also tend to eat a lot of chocolate in the middle of meals then it would probably be a good idea to cut them out also.

Generally, when you stop drinking, you'll find you're less hungry for the wrong types of food anyway. Which is nice!

Step Two - Get That Body Moving!

Yes, practice is clearly only going to help you here. But don't worry, it doesn't have to be painful. Now, before I forget, I must remind you that doing a whole bunch of sit-ups will Not take off your belly fat. The guess is that while you will be expanding the impel of your abs, and development them all strong, the fat tends to just stick colse to on top of it. So no one can see your handy work - not good.

So, what should you be doing then? Well, you should begin cardiovascular training and/or aerobic programs. The idea here is to get your heart pumping faster and to get you into a sweat. Exquisite examples of this type of training include running, swimming, cycling and tennis or squash.

Aim for colse to 30 minutes a day, about 3 times a week. Begin at a comfortable pace, especially if you have not done any practice at all for a long time. If you're concerned, you can all the time get your doctor to give you the once over. This is not a bad idea at all, even if you feel pretty confident. The trick is to not try and kill yourself! all the time look after estimate one, and you'll soon get into the swing of it, especially if you play tennis (!) and the fat will drop off pretty darn quickly.

Step 2.5 - Icing On The Cake!

Well, this wee baby involves doing a unavoidable type of intensive workout, for a real short period of time (just Four minutes) and what it does is eat away at your body fat After your practice workout has finished, continuing throughout your whole day and even while you sleep. Now, isn't that just the icing on the cake? Don't worry, it has a fancy name and a whole bunch of science behind it which explains how it works, and I used it to great effect. In fact I still use it occasionally, as my incommunicable weapon. It is cheeky, but this wee trick allows me to enjoy a few sneaky beers and other treats, and still retain my flat belly.
